best place to buy children's shoes?

Both my boys need new shoes. last time we went to famous footwear and i found some on sale, but i heard they've raised their prices. I have a toddler and a pre- schooler. what are your fav places to get kids shoes?

For my oldest we go to the outlet Mall to get him Etnie shoes. We usually get the deal where we get 2 shoes for $50. 2 pairs will last him all school year.

So far for my youngest she has had 3 shoes from Babies R Us, 1 from Walmart and 2 from Payless Shoe Source. I like Babies R Us the best, it is a bit more pricey but the shoes we get there are most comfortable for her.
